We don't even have credit cards. When it asked to push 1 to be transferred to a representative, I did so and simply said, "How do I get removed from your call list?"...they hung up. I called back and got a recording that said, "Thank you for calling back. To be removed from this list press 1 (again) which I did. I do not expect to stop receiving these calls. If anyone knows what I need to do to get them to stop, I'm all over it.
Just called the number back and was instructed to press 1 to be removed from their list. They said it would take 24 hours. Did the same thing last month. Must only last 30 days or o.s
Call and report it to your states Attorney General's comsumer protection agency division. Then call AT&T's annoyance calls department and set up a trace, which, upon recieving the call, they will foward the information to law enforcement officials.
