We don't even have credit cards. When it asked to push 1 to be transferred to a representative, I did so and simply said, "How do I get removed from your call list?"...they hung up. I called back and got a recording that said, "Thank you for calling back. To be removed from this list press 1 (again) which I did. I do not expect to stop receiving these calls. If anyone knows what I need to do to get them to stop, I'm all over it.
Once a week I get a call for the last 8 weeks or so from Card Member Services. I used the opt out option and they keep calling. Now I press 1 and speak to a live person then egg them on as if I am interested and then blast my air horn.
I pressed 1 also. I asked for the 5th time for him to take me off his list. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he said his supe was dracos and was russian. Any way he told me to [***] off and I called comcast and the Oak Brook Police. OBP came over and I filed a report. This is a big scam.
