Yes ! Nova Scotia ... they called today ..... many other numbers of the same. Usually saying they work for Microsoft and found a virus on my computer. Imagine ... Microsoft calling little 'ole me lol
What they are doing is illegal and you are supposed to report it to LE
I'm with you Justin. I have a list of 30 of these #'s, then stopped copying them. I don't recognize, I don't answer. Still a pain in the [***].

Same here. New 'assault' on us Ontarians, it seems. Caller just now left a "Click" voicemail, so I did a reply to ask that my number be removed. As if, eh! Others have suggested picking up and hitting the pound key numerous times during the call, then hanging up. This is said to mess up automatic dialing systems.
