MY HUSBAND RECEIVED A CALL STATING SOMETHING ABOUT FRAUD. IT WAS A WOMAN AND SHE EVEN GAVE HIM A CASE NUMBER. I GOOGLED THE NUMBER AND SAW ALL THESE OTHER COMPLAINTS. WHEN YOU ARE IN DOUBT...GOOGLE.
These a**holes called me and said I was going to get served papers because I had an american express credit card thats a lie I only use cash they are smart scammers they did have my old address but they can kick rocks .
They have been sending a subpoena to my home or place of employment for the last 6 months...havent seen it yet but yet they keep calling everyday to let me know. I have reported them too. Block their number on your phone and be sure to check your credit reports.
This number called my wife's cell and said they were going to file a lawsuit against "Kevin Lukas". Which is wonderful news as she is NOT said person. There was no other information in the call, and the 'proceeding number' they recited was gibberish.
