received a call from Annie with Cyber Wizard to fix all the problems on my computer with microsoft - asked how they knew I had a computer and it had problems and was told because I was the registered owner of a microsoft operating system. Wanted me to go to my computer and give them information - NO WAY. I hope they don't call back - scammers.
I am wondering if Cyber Wizard is legitimate. I got a call from someone with an Indian accent telling me my computer was in danger of crashing completely at any time. I think I want to cancel my payments to them. Can anyone advise me?
