I have now resorted to keeping my phone plugged into my fax line in the hopes they will take me off their call list. I can see who is calling on my TV screen and will return calls to people I know. If I didn't need the Fax I would get rid of my land line!!!
I had these people call every day at lunchtime - did not respond when I picked up the phone. Finally, I called THEM back and it was some sort of home security company - couldn't understand the name as the individual was obviously from India or somewhere. I told him that they kept calling our house and would not respond when I answered and gave them a piece of my mind. They said they would take our number off their list.....we'll see!
Yes, it is ICI Security, or operating as another name, maybe a division of Honeywell or ADT or Digitalcasa Inc. I thought it was a bill collector, if they were just honest and left a message, maybe I would have answered the phone, 20 calls ago.
