previous post was right, you can reach these scammers at 480-745-2903. I call them over and over again, waste their time and labor. Thanks!

Plain and simple: screen your calls if you can. Don't answer if you don't recognized the number. If it is legit, they will leave a message. These types don't care about the law, the DNC lists or anything. For them they have nothing to lose. Probably a disposable phone they'll trash when they use the minutes.
No tracing possible. Ignore them and they will go away
