On one other account, I played along with their game, and I gave them all fake information, and they pretended that I was answering all their questions correctly. When it came down to providing them a credit card number, exp date, etc., I also gave them fake information (following format for Mastercard), and the woman told me to hold on for a minute so she could verify my information. Then when she came back on the line, she told me my card was coming back invalid. I then asked he why she was trying to run my card, and that I thought the idea was to lower interest rate, not charge the card. She told me that she had to verify my card before she could help me lower my interest rate.
Anymore, I just waste their time, and/or call them all kinds of names, in which they usually either hang up or call names back.
These people call me once a week at lest! Claiming there it something wrong with my Credit Card OR about my Credit Card Interest! The problem with that is I DON'T have a Credit Card! I called the FCC, they told me to call the FTC because these people are trying to get your Personal Infor. to seal your money or who you are! The FTC wants anyone who gets a call from this place using different phone numbers to call & report it! Tell the FTC what number they calling from, everytime. Write it down then call it in. These people are fake & trying to get your Bank Acct number, Address, ect....DON'T give it to them. The FTC is trying to get as much Infor on these people to try to stop them. So thell everyone you know NOT to give their Infor to these people & to write the number down & call it in to report it!
Calls keep coming in from this number, i have asked them to stop calling and take me off the list and they said they can not take me off the list and will continue to call me.
