So I have an account on care.com for dog walking service and got a text message from this number asking met to email her sister who is looking for a dog walker. I emailed and got a response that was very detailed and basically saying they wanted to hire me to walk there two dogs when they moved to this area. They would send a cashier check ahead of time as the dogs might get there before they do and so on.... Well I'm thankfully aware of scams like this and hope this helps someone make the decision that it's to good to be true and they are scamming you for money. Even if your bank accepts the check about 7 days later it will deny it and your bank account can be negative by thousands of dollars. They will try everything to get you to send them money as fast as possible because of this. Be aware! You work hard for your money, don't let people do this to you!!!
9:00 a.m. 11/5/14, Assumed Indian male saying my Windows computer was sending reports and he needed to help me fix it. I said there was no way my computer was connected to my telephone number and it was a scam. He got stern and said it was NOT A SCAM. I said I was going to report him. He got even grumpier and said that I could call back and check. I laughed at him and said it was scam, and then hung up. I could hear SEVERAL others in the background making similar calls.
Said something about my computer and I don't even have a computer I told him that I have a smart phone u dumb [***] and he called me a life and hung up.
Got a call from the above one was at 10.40am I didn't answer just answered the one at 3.22pm mind this is my work the poor thing says hello, I said my I help" answered with a quite thick accent asking to talk to someone whole was responsible for my home computer, he need to help me fix it. I said to him go to HELL! then he answered ok and hang up. Stop wasting peoples time its annoying no one is falling for you scam.
