I receive a call many times during the day from 201-465-8180. The last two times they called me (within 30 minutes) it sounded like they were blowing a horn at me and then the very last call someone just kept saying "ummmmm". So annoying. Wish there was some way to block these people. Also, I work late at night and they start calling around 8 am. Any way to block this number? I am on the No Call List.
Started receiving calls from this number today...first was at 730a, then 730p and just now at 9p, They dont leave a message and I refuse to either answer or call back.
First: NEVER answer these, or unknown/blocked calls. I don't, any longer, because I ended up with legal problems and MORE debt because I simply answered one of these calls and verified my identity. The call was from one of those debt collectors that buy up old, written off debts and operate BARELY within the law. Next thing I know is that I received a court summons from this outfit, that is a LAW FIRM which specializes in buying, and collecting on old debts. I'm permanently disabled, ALL my resources are tapped out due to medical expenses, and I have no relatives, other than my wife and kids, so there's NO way that I can afford an attorney to fight these things. They sued, and of course, won. Now I'm paying out an additional $100 every month. If I miss payments, they take me back to court. So, take my advice, unless you KNOW who is calling you, DON'T ANSWER THE TELEPHONE!

This is a HUGE scam and will call your number looking for someone that works there. They won't give up calling at all.
Just pick up and hang up.
