I got a call from 3241 and they say they are from Microsoft calling to help me fix my computer. When I said that this was suspicious they say No, No, We are working for a company through Microsoft. They wanted me to go into my computer and bring up a website. I told them I had another call coming in and they called back three days later. I had a very hard time understanding them, very thick accents. Sounded like they were from India.
These people are trying their hardest to get your credit card numbers. For what reason? Who knows but I feel it is up to no good. I asked for their supervisor and they hung up on me. I like get hold someone who can shut them down.
Added them to my Sprint call blocking service for both my phone and my wife's. Probably a fruitless effort because they're probably spoofing the caller-id anyhow, but at least it's a start.
Didnt answer because I did not recognize number...trying to figure out how I can prevent future calls without answering for fear that they are phishing
