Who called from 2019680327

It's illegal for them to call you at your place of employment.

I got a call from these people back in August of last year staing that they were going to take me to court so in order from them from doing so i have paid them a little over 1300.00 on a 800.00 loan now i am having a hard time paying the last 400.00 and they say that i will lose everything that i have paid them if i dont pay the rest and they will take me to court. Is this true can these people do this?

I Just wanted to say that any legitimate collection agency can not tell you if you do not make the last payment than all the other payments you have made do not count. They don't just get free money unless it is a scam. The 1300 you already paid them should have been applied to the balance. Unless they refund you the 1300 there is no way they can take you to court and ask that you pay all of it again. That makes no sense. especially because I am sure they debited your account and you have bank statements stating you paid the 1300 that you can bring to court. I say this is a scam and that they are just trying to scam you out of more of your money.

Keep calling my place of employment.....said they have contacted my place of employment and shared info about loan wth them and if I do not pay then they will know all personal debt problems at work relating to me...want bank info...harrassing my relatives and keep calling my place of employment.  I asked for info to be sent to me in writing.....no go on their behalf....sounds like same Steven Moreno as previously mentioned in other post....wants payment info...NOW....makes me think now not a good idea to give payment info esp Denver refused to give wriitten agreed payment terms ...thanks...
Will repetition to FTC due to calling at workplace and will notch Mt job about harrassing calls.

This company has called me repeatedly, and has called family members also.  I am sending them a cease and desist letter.  Get to know the debt collection laws in your state.  You can get them to stop bothering you.  Don't ever tell them that you will not pay.
