several phone calls have been made to me regarding a payday loan i never obtained. indian man wants payment im 2 days. he said he was an attorney then later told me he was a police officer.
I have had several from a heavily accented Indian man--India not Native American--and I know this to be a scam so I don't answer the call--I just let it go to voice mail. Today, when I checked my voice mail, it was from an automated female American voice telling me something about a courthouse and to call back on this number. They started the message before the beep on my voice mail so I didn't get it all. At least they're getting smarter--by using an automated message they can not speak with you and hear you tell them not to call back. Be afraid--they're getting smarter. :-)
Received calls from this number and received a message that this was a federal government agency and it was in gards to a federal lawsuit for fraudulent activity. I called the number back and got the following message "this magicjack user is not available at this time". Since when does the government use magicjack??????? Should we say SCAM
