This person had an Indian accent and claimed to be from the Govt. After telling him I didn't want his services and this was a scam , He yelled and cussed at me. You can't call this number back. Seems to be outbound calls only.
Be Aware
Same thing happened to me but minus the yelling and cussing. He asked if i would accept his call after informing me that he is with the department of the treasury and he could get me up to 9,00 dollars. I then told him he didn't sound very american and then hung up on him.
Same call from Washington DC area on my cell phone but my caller was a female with a foreign accent. Hard to understand. I did hear $9,000 and US Department of something or other. Just hung up - she did not call back.
