I have received many calls from this number, never leaves a message. I never answer calls from an area code or a phone number I don't know about so I really don't know who is calling. I just know that it is annoying because whoever is callimg does call at some crazy times.
I received the same call about the same grant, its an obvious scam. However, I'm wondering how did this ridiculously ignorant individual got my number. He called me cell number and I never give that out. It must be a common denominator. I noticed someone posted that they were attempting to receive a grant for school, I'm also a student and I wonder if the grant information has been compromised.
I got this call today as well. I too am a student and receive financial aid grants. Maybe that is where they are getting phone numbers! I bet you are correct!
