It's Obama supporters a lot of them can't speak english its just stuff like thank you for your support would you please continue supporting by a donation of 50 dollars. They sound african and arabic and they always end the phone call with something that sounds like AH-SA-LA-MAA-LAY-KIM. I dont think they are with the DNC.
