I receive calls from this number at all hours of the day....at least once a day. My caller ID says "out of area" and they never leave a message so I feel sure it is not someone I know. I just wondered who it might be.
This is a company(CAPTEL) that makes calls for different companies to ask for dues. The call I got was for the National Federation of Independent Businesses. Here is a description off of their website:

I just received a call from this number and it was the Republican National Committee. The number goes to a clearing house for requesting donations from different businesses.
These people keep calling at our business location asking for the owner, since I am the owners wife I have asked them to stop calling, with no success. Today I told the girl Good Luck.
