I receive calls from this number at all hours of the day....at least once a day. My caller ID says "out of area" and they never leave a message so I feel sure it is not someone I know. I just wondered who it might be.

Calls and leaves no message. I have no-call and they are the only call that doesn't respect that. May 1st,they have already called twice. We don't owe money to anyone and I want them reported to the proper agency.
