Who called from 2026250400

Called our office three times within a few minutes and hung up before navigating our IVR. Caller ID listed the number and "Washington DC".

Called two more times within a minute, then hung up. Immediately after, I got two hang-up calls from 718-392-5985. Something is going on.

I just received a call from this number at my work place.  The man with an accent asked for me by name, the secretary transferred the call to me.  When he asked my name, I said "yes", then he hung up!  I called the number and it says it is no longer in service.

The exact same thing happened to me from this number two days ago.
