I also just got a call from this. I think it's related to a scam where they're trying to get you to say "yes" so that they can attempt to say that you said "yes" during a sales call & will shake you down for money. There have been a few reports on our local news about this type of thing. Lots of background noise. You really can't understand the accent. Always asks for someone different. as long as you say "No" they keep asking questions...but, as soon as you say "yes" they hang up
received a call from this number on my cell phone; the caller asked if I was "Debbie" (and used my last name) and I said "yes" and they hung up; now very concerned about this because of posts about scam
