This just happened to me at my office. The man with an accent asked for me by my full name. It said call was from Washington DC. I thought it was legit and now I'm worried after reading these messages.
Similar story. I was wondering if the people on this also recently used Proflowers? I spoke with someone this morning about a flower order and placed the call from my work.
The same thing happened to me just now 2pm Feb 7/2017. The person with an accent (I thought mine was a woman though) asked if this was me? and then added my last name, when I said "yes" (s)he hang up. Weird. Are we supposed to report to the police?
Same thing as everyone says. Asked for my husband, told him he was unavailable so he asked for his voice mail. I said this is a small business he doesnt have it. He asked if he would be in tomorrow and if he could reach him then. I said "you can try". I never said yes to anything he asked fortunately. Years and years of solicitors taught me to never give the [***] a positive answer. It was some guy with an Indian accent who slaughtered my hubbys first and last name. I blocked the number.
