On a no-call list and this stupid number is popping up. I have blocked NUMEROUS calls like this already over the last couple months. I am on a no-call list and they still get through. Ridiculous!
Asian dialect man says I will receive 8,400.00 grant from the government, and wanted the credit card number so it would be direct deposited into my account. That people who pay there taxes and no criminal record is award this grant.
Got 3 calls, just like everyone else. Got the same US Gov't scam... told them I'd call the police next time they call me and hung up. Also got a recent scam from a similar number (but in CA) and people with similar accents... saying they were from Microsoft and my computer is sending errors, over 80,000 errors received and told me to call another number to speak with a manager. I did not call the number, it probably would have done a lot more damage had I called.
