This is a scam; there is no such thing as getting a call that serves as an arrest warrant. They called me; I called back from a blocked number a few times; each time they hung up on me and stopped answering the phone. Please don't give these ppl money!! My number is 202 683-4013. I repeat its' 202 683-4013. Do not disregard this message, and do return the call. Now if you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either,than the only thing I can do is wish you a good luck, as this situation unfolds on you . Goodbye!"

This is obviously a scam!!! These people are nuts and most likely foreigners.
I called back and told her I was from the county fraud dept. she said someone was using her number and people were harassing her. I told her I have your voice recorded and she would be receiving a visit from the fraud task force and if she or her attorney does not cooperate I could only wish her a good luck as her situation unfolds.
