Got call from recording saying IRS has lawsuit against me and I should call them back at 202-803-4318. This # was on caller ID as WASHINGTON DC. Clearly a scam. I filed complaints with FTC and IRS, and notified my local police.
Got a vm from an automated machine claiming to be IRS and they are filing a lawsuit against me. I called back over 20 times. Hung up on EVERY time! It's a SCAM!!
I have received 3 calls today from numers 202-864-1122 and 202-803-4318 saying I am being sued by the IRS. I did call 202-864-1122 and couldn't understand him because of his hard accent. I did tell him this is a scam and notifying our police department over their number. I the back round I could hear other people with hard accents talking very loudly, probably trying to scam other people. I told him he was full of it and if the IRS had a problem I would of received some paperwork from them so I hung up the phone. An hour later they called back on number 202-864-1122 and a recording of a women said I was being sued by the IRS. Within seconds the phone rang again and went into the answering machine (202-803-4318) and again the same womens voice said I was being sued by the IRS. It's a scam so beware of both of these numbers!
The caller was difficult to understand. They said the IRS was suing YOU. (Not a person's name.) They made it seem very urgent that I call back and gave the number two times.
Like the others person I received several call pretending to be IRS to let me know that they were suing me... I block this # 202-864-1122 and then I received some others call with this #202-803-4318
My identity was stole recently with T-Mobile and I received many call since from SCAM Microsoft still coming from countries in India or Pakistan.
Be careful under this scam there are criminals organization, They still have some information on you an they want more clues to fully theft your identity and bank account.
