put in complaint at donotcall.gov... and blocked them now.

Called work number and didnt leave a message.

unsolicited calls from this obvious robocaller. have tried to block to no avail.

Thank You for this info, Yes received a call and they just hung up. Our local police department has stated that another person in City of Danbury CT had been told by caller it was the IRS. These days with the crooks in that agency too it is hard to say who are the worse. These days, play it safe and hang up on either. Caller ID was 202-808-3071

Calls originate in India or Pakistan.  So far as I know there are no cooks in the IRS.    Clueless maybe, crooks,no.
