This number called saying something about being from the national Treasury, if I don't comply I'll face "serious" legal trouble. Who the hell do they think they are? Number just says "Washington DC." Can't call it back.
Say's their the Treasury dept with dire legal action.they been calling On the IRS scam for months now. I call back ask them questions to prove who they are..LOL they can't. I even told them is was tracing there call and could they stay on the line for three minutes....Guess what.. they hung up..come on people F*CK with these prick's it's funny.Oh and they all sounded Pakistani or Indian
I just got the call, and that was my impression as well. Someone with an accent reading english words. Then at the end, press 1 to speak to someone, or 2 to face legal issues. In scam robo-dial recordings, this one is pretty aggressive in my opinion.
One of many calls I receive from these people who out of the goodness of their hearts want to help me help myself! Sometimes they don't leave a message, but on the occasion that they do, I keep track of it. "Kevin Mason" (my a$$) wants me to call him back immediately. I can see where innocent/naive people would be victimized. Oh well. If I get bored later today I'll call back and have a bit of fun.
