Who called from 2028641122

I got this call 6/4/2015. I'm sure that  it was a scam..reported the number on every site possible.

My wife just got a message from this number saying someone was filling a lawsuit against us. And to call the number for more info.

Just got the same message.

I just received a call from 202-864-1122.  Claiming to be filing a lawsuit against me for back taxes.  They were willing to reduce the amount of money we owe but after reading these messages I see this is a scam.  They wanted me to make a payment of certain amount "today".

I received that scam call 3 times today
