Got an automated voice saying IRS filing lawsuit against me. Asked to call back to 202-864-1142. Reported to FBI. Impersonating the IRS is a Federal Felony with up to 21 years in federal prison and a civil fine of up to $1.25 million

Got an automated call, the caller said this is the final notification of the lawsuit IRS filed against us and we should call 202-864-1142. The caller id showed 939-567-3631/Puerto Rico.
criminal blocked forever...buy a blocking device or a phone and be happy...the do not call list only works for legitimate companies...it does not work for criminals and charlatans. ..dont waste your time with filing useless reports with the FCC etc...the FCC can not punish fraudulent individuals that it can not catch.
These calls are supposed to be reported to TIGTA and the FTC, not the FCC since its a IRS extortion scam operation. A call blocking device is a good suggestion though anyway..
