It's a scam. They won't answer the phone until you try to put in the case number. Then you only get the first one or two numbers and they jump at getting to your call. It's a sick way to try to steal your money so PLEASE don't fall for it.
I receive calls from 405-675-5800 saying I have 2 charges against me. Now they are calling my work giving number 202-930-5562 saying I will be served. I know this is a scam. Who can stop this?
Call blocker might be of some help. There's no way to stop the calls from being initiated. Also, don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize, or where there are caller IDs that seem odd. Or where there is no caller ID.
I too have been receiving these calls on a daily basis, several times a day. They also use different numbers always threatening the same thing. I have a block on my phone so it just hangs up. Still annoying as I do not owe anything to anyone.
Definitely fraud. Tells everyone they have two counts against them. I have never committed fraud. I just block numbers. Have called from two different ones now.

The recording same message on all call "Look like fraudulent activities been attached to your name and your social security number, your name, I do need to make you aware of your legal rights........."
