These people call my home every day with the same message and I cannot get them to stop. They have even started calling my cell. I am not interested in what they are selling and have told them numerous times but the calls continue. I tried blocking them through my phone carrier and they have showed up under another number.
Met someone the other day who works on one of these phone call banks... (but not a scam) I told her I have a call blocker to block these calls when I get them. She said: "We have hundreds of numbers that we can use". A hopeless situation.
I pressed one because I wanted to find out what company this was. I asked the agent when he came on the phone, but his accent (all his words were slurred together) was hard to understand. I told him I couldn't understand what he was saying, then he spoke very intentionally by using profanity, told me to shove the phone up my ***** (female anatomical term) and called me a ****** (rhymes with witch). Lovely. I'm sure he broke a couple of federal laws there. Just the kind of professionalism you'd expect from scammers.
