Everybody! These scammers use SPOOF CARDS. You can buy these cards and "program" them to reflect ANY number but theirs. They can even disguise their voices and program numbers from phone companies, banks, churches and believe it or not HEAVEN!!!
Do Not Call lists can't stop them unless it's valid numbers. Attorney General's in all States are fighting with Congress to stop them. Research SPOOF CARDS and it will make your fur stand up on your neck and arms and raise your blood pressure. We need these Spoof Cards OFF THE MARKET! Write your Congress people, and further, DON'T ANSWER your phone UNLESS you know the party calling you.
When you get a strange number, just type in that number on your Search Engine and it will bring up a whole gaggle of people reporting these "credit card scams". Remember when YOU answer the strange number on your phone, they've GOTCHA and will keep calling.

I just got recorded call about my cc #2064960414 Paciftel----I just hung up. I also am on and have been on no call list, but last few months more and more get thru----I just hang up on them I wonder if our Banks give out our #"s? I am unlisted. Its irritating.
