Republicans are always saying how we need " Less Government Regulations" so we can "Create More Jobs"........These are the kind of jobs you get when you have "Less Government": PHONE SCAMMERS ! When there are No Rules in the marketplace, This is What You Get ! Conservatives believe when it comes to Making Money, there should be NO RULES. The only way to Change This is to CHANGE the LAWS. Obama can't do anything about it anymore because - as of 2010 - the GOPigs control congress now.
Rules and laws are only obeyed by honest people. Criminals don't obey rules and laws. That's why rules and laws don't bother criminals. More rules and laws only harass the honest folk. Who pays the salaries of the officials that pass their rules and laws? The honest taxpayers. Who convinces the officials that they should ignore their own rules and laws? The criminals.
