I hear you!! Just got our millionth call this month. When I press to speak to a rep, they hang up as soon as you tell them to take you off the list. How on earth do you stop jerks like this from harrassing you? We are on the NDNC list, but can't even complain if you don't know who is calling you!
Same thing just happened to me! "Friendly service rep" hung up on me. Thanks "Jim". Asked to be remove by calling back. Hope it works, frustrated by the number of calls I've received.

Receiving calls once or twice per week to my business despite both federal and state do not call lists -- and repeatedly informing them not to call. I don't even use credit cards!
I just filed a second state and federal "do not call" complaints. Everyone, file your complaints on this unrepentant robo-caller. We need to put this company out of business and send the owner to jail.
got a call yesterday, asked them not to call back - they hung up on me, I figured they got the message.
WRONG! got another call today. my only CC belongs to the company - used for company business, nothing else. not my card - not my company. I agree with Bid To - a little jail time for these D A's might get the message across
