Same, reported. Robo-call saying to, "Regard this as a final notice" of my IRS debt and that the IRS would be pursuing a lawsuit against me if I didn't call back right away.
Report the Calls to the real IRS here:
•report the incident to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at 800-366-4484.
•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
I have received numerous calls from 206-866-5656 claiming to be the IRS and they have a lawsuit against me. I believe this is a scam. I've asked them to stop calling but they call 2-3 times per week.
Just got a call from 206-866-5656 claiming that there was a mistake in my taxes from 2008 and 2013. He had a thick foreign accent and told me there was criminal charges against me and I owe over $1900.00. I played along and he asked me if I wanted to take care of this matter to avoid going to court. I said, "No. I want to go to court! " He hung up. lol

This is the third call with the same IRS scam that's called me in the last few days, all different numbers, but all supposedly originating in Washington state.
Caller called land line today 4/16/15 at 7:33 AM. Phone number is owned by NEW CINGULAR WIRELESS PCS, LLC, SPID 6214 (aka AT&T) with the LATA of 674 - SEATTLE WASHINGTON and Rate Center of Seattle. The number has not ported from AT&T.
Contact the IRS as suggested above and file a complaint with the FCC at https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us. Then contact AT&T regarding the fraudulent use of their owned telephone number http://www.att.com/att/fraud/en/.
