The person who previously had your cell number probably gave it up because she DIDN'T use illegal drugs and she couldn't get the perverts to leave her alone.

I changed my cell phone number about 6 months ago. Ever since doing so I have been getting calls for some woman named Lisa wanting to send her medication. I have contacted the national do not call list regarding this matter and it hasn't prevented the phone from ringing. I'm so sick of these people calling me. They're not the only ones either. This [***] must be a druggie because every call I get for her is from another online pharmacy.

Apparently this is a "new" spoofed number from the perverts who push illegal drugs. I've been getting these calls for years and they refuse to take my number off their calling list, despite the fact that the person who they continually ask for doesn't live here -- and hasn't in the 20 years I've had my phone number.
I've stopped answering the phone or connect the call and then immediately disconnect. They never leave a message, but call, call, call.
I just received yet another phone call from this number. Today it went well past trying to sell illegal pharmaceuticals (which I have said I don't want and have asked them to stop calling.)
After I said I would contact law enforcement for harassment, the person on the other end of the line became confused and thought I WAS a police officer. verbally abusive, used foul language, and described sexually explicit acts he would do when he found me because he was "Rasta and could do whatever" he wanted.
It's annoying enough to be contacted by these lowlifes, but now I'm getting threats. Some sales techniques.
