The guy said I had committed tax fraud and the police would be at my home to arrest me within 45 minutes. He had an Indian accent. He got quite huffy when I said I didn't believe him.

I just received a call also which showed out of area.
Just got a call from this number stating that there is a tax case against me and that I would be arrested. I, of course, know that the IRS would never contact anyone in this fashion.
