Just called it back, got a message saying that a "specialist will be with you shortly" and then the call hung up. I called it again and the same thing happened. Have no idea who it is.
Yep, I swear I make a payment on time, and they claim its late. Look at my balance due late fee?? Have called 7 times in 3 hours. Have not answered. I just got a credit card from credit one and by reading previous posts i am going to assume that is who it is from. I have not used the card yet however I assume they are calling about their surprise $95 fee for receiving the card.
Credit One is nasty, they charge all kinds of hidden fees, then call you after you make your payments. I closed my account and just sent a final payment. THEY BETTER NOT TRY BILLING ME ANY MORE FEES. I WILL CONTACT THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR MY STATE.
