Just called it back, got a message saying that a "specialist will be with you shortly" and then the call hung up. I called it again and the same thing happened. Have no idea who it is.
Thats illegal. I get about 8-10 calls a day from them (Credit One). I have filed a small claims action against them asking for $7500 in damages for harassment.
All day from 8 am to 8:45 pm. Starting from every 20 minutes. Credit One is a pain. Your statement tell you to pay both by your due date if you late but they keep blowing your phone up. I've had this card since 2010 and never been late. They are gone once I pay off this card!
Have been recieving calls at our business for a while. It usually happens 10-15 times. of course I don't answer and they never leave a message. When i do answer it's dead air. I finally called the number back today, it's for a credit company, it took me straight to representative and I kindly told her to put us on their do not call list. We are a large company and we do not take messages for personal matters. Hopefully they will stop calling.
