Just called it back, got a message saying that a "specialist will be with you shortly" and then the call hung up. I called it again and the same thing happened. Have no idea who it is.
Keep getting a call from this number and another one from credit card company Credit One. I don't have an account with them and never had. Let the person who keeps calling that they have a wrong number. Very rude person. Calls coming about every 5 minutes tying up my business line.
I have an account with Credit One. I was a good customer. I missed one payment, called them and all was fine, next month I doubled up the payment and they never credited it to my account. I called them and someone I could barely understand gave my all kinds of excuses/reasons as to where my payment went. Besides that a monthly fee that was taken out twice per month! I told them I would not be making another payment until my payment got credited to my account, or they could justify to me where it went. That was a 3 months ago. Every single day since then, they call my phone no less than 12 times a day, usually 8 times before noon. I auto reject a number and they start calling from a different one. I have created contact info in my phone logs for all the numbers they use.This number here today is the 11th one. I am filing a complaint with my state attorney general's office.
