Just called it back, got a message saying that a "specialist will be with you shortly" and then the call hung up. I called it again and the same thing happened. Have no idea who it is.
They call me 10x a day too. I am late on a Credit One bill but had no idea it is them because today i was so frustrated I answered and they hung up on me. Thanks for the heads up. Now I can block the number.
We are receiving hang up calls from this number at least 10 times per day! I need to know how to stop it. I've called the number back, a computer says "calls may be monitored" and then it hangs up!
I too keep getting over 5+ calls from this number at all times of the day. And I do not have any acct with credit one bank. # comes up as loas angeles ca. Hope you folks are careful putting trust in someone over the phone claiming your payment is late. Lots of scammers out there. I'd check the companies website and call a listed number directly. Just some advice.
