It was just blank air. I hung up. I am on the Do Not Call List. We also don't ever receive calls on this phone except for the occasional telemarketer, so I was suspicious. Sure enough that's what it was.
There have been a massive number of these calls lately, mostly with NJ and NY area codes. Oh, and one has spoofed an actual Dell number. Same as above - 'messages from my computer' and claim to be from Dell or some from Microsoft. One woke me up last night round 9:30 and I let him have it.
I block them everytime I get one. Well, these and 'Rachel from cardmember services' or 'Rachel from merchant services'.
Why in the world is it not possible for these losers to just go away? Oh, I know why. It's because there are ignorant fools who have computers who fall for their scams.
Received a call at 12:30 p.m. where the liar told me he was with the IT department. I called him a scam artist and blew a whistle in his ear. He then had the audacity to call back at 5:30 p.m. to tall me I was vicious and I hurt his feelings. I blew the whistle in the scam artists ear again. Haven't heard from them again.
