It was just blank air. I hung up. I am on the Do Not Call List. We also don't ever receive calls on this phone except for the occasional telemarketer, so I was suspicious. Sure enough that's what it was.
I get a call at least 4 times a week from these Tards . All different cell phone numbers, today it was 213-910-8228, I wish I could spray some pepper spray right in the phone and it reach them. When I answer the phone now, I start yelling Scam, Scam, Scam, They have been calling me for at least a year or more.
Have had two calls within an hour from 213-910-8228 (which I understand is a California area code), and I am in Georgia. Both calls have gone unanswered to our answering machine. I do not answer calls from unknown numbers with name indicated as "unavailable" -- and these scammers can remain unanswered until the moon turns green!

Today 213-910-8228 called my residence with annoying calls in excess of twenty (20) times at intervals throughout the afternoon. Most of the calls went to the answering machine, resulting in hang ups. No message left. Call that was answered - male caller hung up when informed call being investigated. Research reflects this is a scam involving error reports on computers that they are getting when you are online at your computer. They are from computer company (Microsoft, Dell, etc.) and can repair your computer for you. They are phishing for personal information and identity theft. CONSUMER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is totally a scam. These folks are not legitimate!
Picked up by mistake as I was expecting a call. Foreign woman voice said I had problems with my computer with very damaging virus. Told her I did not have a computer so how could I have these problems - she hung up! Number has been blocked. If you call back this number it will say the number you dialed is not a working number. Wonder why government and telephone companies are not investigating how they are calling on non-working numbers?
If you get a call from these people they are relentless. Even when you tell them they are on the FBI's scammer list they keep trying to interrupt you so I told him I cursed him and his [***] will fall off then I hung up.
