Satan never sleeps!! Received yet another call from these evil doers out preying upon whomever gives them a moment! This time the call came in under the alias of Tech Plaza # (214)446-4608. Man with an Indian accent claimed he was from Windows support and was calling me due to the error messages he (they) have received from my computer. These kind of calls are coming in with more frequency!! Something needs to be done! What ever happened to the "Do Not Call List"? I'm sure that's only for legit company's and where this IS a scam it doesn't apply. Nevertheless, I'm tired of my privacy being invaded by these jerks who will relentlessly keep calling ...and at all hours!
Same as others, Indian accent saying they have been notified of issues with my PC - I asked them if this was a scan where he said "No, I wouldn't be calling you".... I laughed & hung up. Hope he calls again.
Man with Indian accent called and told me my computer had downloaded a malicious file and that he could fix it. I told him he was wrong and that this was a scam. He then became belligerent and again I told him not to call me again. He became very angry and I said he could and would call me over and over and there was nothing I could do about it. I said "listen fuxxer, do not call here again"...and hung up. A minute later he called me back & I did not answer but he left me a voice mail and called me a fuxxer and a son of a [***] among other things!
Answered all from 2144464608. Obnoxious music and a very rude man with an Indian accent responded. He mentioned something about "your computer has reported..." - I interrupted and told him to stop calling my #. I have received three calls a day for the past three days and I'm tired of it. He responded with ... "and I will call you four times every day!" and then he hung up on me. (7:30PM-EST)
