You may not be rude, but the ones that call my house from your firm is.
I have a very common name, both first and last. I have only owned one credit card all my life and I still have it, with only a very small balance on it. Yet your company continues to call and harrass me to pay my debt for some credit card that I have never owned. I have repeatly asked them to stop calling. I have never, I repeat never recieved a letter in the mail from ACA asking for this money and until I do, I continue to ignore the phone calls from them. If I do ever get one, I will dispute it.
oh and by the way we dont work on weekends so its not us calling on saturday and sunday, and as for those of you who feel like we are idiots, id love for you to sit in my chair and deal with these dead beat who open cards and never plan on paying it back now you tell my whos the idiot, all im trying to do is pay my own bills. if you get someone thats rude hang up call back and ask for a supervisor thats all you have to do, hell you can call me if you want ill at least walk you through your options before you curse me out
If we can call you, then why don't you leave your name and ext # instead of being "unnamed"?
And FYI, I've called and asked for the supervisor and was told that I would be taken off the list. But you guys still call me - and I'm NOT the guy you're looking for!
