These people have been calling my place of business for months, they have been asked repeatedly to remove us from their phone list as we have "updated" the info no less than 10 times with them and then a "superviser" gets on....we keep telling them "not interested" and they go on and on til we hang up and then they call back. I have started writing doen the dates and times they are calling.
Twenty-five calls over three days from 215-475-5469 and 215-475-5480 to a cell phone on the Do Not Call List, including sixteen calls in one ninety minute period!
Lady thick with Indian accent wants to do a free update on my business info for an internet listing I have with them(clueless about this service). I've been down that road before and tell her I understand the update is free but then I will be charged for a service I never authorized. She assures me again that the update is free and there will be no charge. So I decide to see how far we can take this and agree to answer questions,then I'm told a supervisor will be on the line to verify the info. All they want are yeses and then the automated system really weird so I hung up. He called back right away but I never answered. That day they called 7 times. Annoying and harassing.
