This is an old "Indian Scam" claiming to be from Microsoft using a years old gambit that your computer is sending them an error message. The tel #s change but not the scam which is > 3 yrs. old online.
Same as above. I played along, fully knowing this was a scam. When he said that my computer was generating an error message, I asked him, "Really? Thanks! Now which of my computers is it? I have 4 Windows computers running here?" (Which is true - I do have 4 Windows computers running.) He hung up on me.
I got a call from this # with an Indian accent stating they were from the technical department calling about my computer. I responded that I was not an idiot but clearly they were and hung up.
