This is an old "Indian Scam" claiming to be from Microsoft using a years old gambit that your computer is sending them an error message. The tel #s change but not the scam which is > 3 yrs. old online.
I have gotten these same calls and just received one not long ago. I called my carrier who told me about No Mo Robo. I went to the website and followed the directions for changing the settings in my phone to activate it. Sat back and let No Mo Robo do the work. I'm satisfied......
Same as the rest are saying..
I received a call from a heavily accented man, said he was Greg. Calling about my windows computer that is having issues and I asked him which one.(playing along) he said to me, "You have more than one windows computer?" I then said to him, "wait you said windows, I use Mac let me speak to your supervisor."
He put me on hold, I was on hold for about a minute and then the call dropped. He obviously hung up on me.
