This is an old "Indian Scam" claiming to be from Microsoft using a years old gambit that your computer is sending them an error message. The tel #s change but not the scam which is > 3 yrs. old online.
Get several calls from these people on two different cell phones telling me my computer has send an error message and they need some information to fix it. One time I told them I had no computers and they said you don't have a computer? I said no, so the error must be coming from my brain which is telling me you are an idiot. The next time I told them I was a systems analyst, which I used to be, and that I would be happy to assist them with fixing the error if they could tell me which one of my computers on my network that it was. They hung up
