Received several phone calls from this number. No messages left. I called phone number recorded by caller ID. When asked why they were calling me, they replied that I must have recently been issued a new credit card. I asked them to look up the phone number they had been calling me on and what record that might be associated with, as I refused to give them any other information. They transferred me, but an automated message asked me to enter my full SSN or credit card number. I waited till the phone transferred to another live person. When I refused again to provide specific SSN or CC number, the call went into another automated message stating something like the call could not be connected.
I received a call from this number while I was at work, so I did not answer it. I always look up strange numbers to see who it could possibly be. After reading all the posts here I was curious and called the number back from my work phone and a recording answered saying it was "card services" and that it was "not a sales call". I did recently sign up for a BoA credit card. I will have to check when I receive it in the mail if they make any mention of "card services" and where they are located.
i got a call but didn't answer since i didn't recognize the number (and i was in class). i received a three minute voicemail of silence.
i called back, hoping to see where they got my number/make sure they didn't call again, and got "card services." a computerized voice told me to stay on hold until the connected me to a customer service representative. she kept repeating that, and i never got a person.
