got a call from the same number, i accidently gave them out my address , wanted to know if that is a problem, the guy said the same [***] about the GPS company. future advise to all. don't give the [***] anything. this looks like a scam.
Yeah, some heavy accent asian guy called me. I kept him on the phone for THREE MINUTES. I TOTALLY insulted him over and over and he didn't hang up. I told him he was a loser, asked him if he lives at home with mommy. Asked him if he has ever scored. Over and over again! I was LAUGHING MY A$$ off! It's fun, you should try it next time one of these losers calls you.
Yes! I just had this experience too with a call from this number. I kept asking who was calling and the guy said something very muffled in response and then got testy with me when I wouldn't answer his questions. So glad this site validated my instinct to hang up. He seemed to have some information about my business already. Very shady.
Just got a call from a heavy accented Indian man who was asking about what I sell and my full address. I could not understand half of the things he said.
He said he was updating a computer business list, I think. I hung up after not understanding who this was.
My mom got a call from these people earlier today and, apparently, they "sorta" got the name of her small business right but she corrected it (if I remember right). However, when they tried to verify the street/physical address, she told them (a few times even) that she doesn't give that kind of information out. I'm glad I decided to Google this "company" - it led me to this site (which I've now bookmarked as it seems to be very helpful). Before they call again, I will definitely tell my mom to simply state to them that they will be reported to the FCC immediately and then hang up. Oh, and yes, my mom is also on the Do (Not) Call registry.
